I don't want to waste anyone time so I will simple say I'm hoping this would be free or relatively cheap. Here is what I am looking for.

A simple web-base FAQ script that enables me to add entry's with the click of a button. Password protected admin interface. It needs to call a header.html and footer.html file so I can integrate it into my soon to be new release design.

I would like it to also have a css file to easily change text size, and colors. Would like it to be database driven.

I have looked at free scripts but I can not find any that are easy and simple to integrate or have these features. Trust me I have installed about 15 scripts.

Also this should be compatible for IE and Netscape. If you have any other question feel free to ask. Please do not be insulted because I'm looking for this to be done free or cheap, I'm just on a tight budget but will consider any and all offers. I would appreciate no one contact me on any MESSENGER services as I like to keep those for customer support only. PM, e-mail (admin@emaxhosting.com), and replies here are welcomed.

Thank you for reading and sharing your time. :D

This is a excellent user friendly script, and its very easy to incorporate into any design via ssi , javascript tags , or headers and footers. I have not found a nicer FAQ script and I have tried them all!

yes I also tried that one, but doesn't do what I want as posted above. But thanks for posting.

Would you be interested in a script that is setup like this? http://abcarcade.com/scripts/phpfaq/ I just started fooling around a while ago, but if you like the way its setup, I will finsih it. One advantage to my setup, is people can copy the answer to ther clip board really easily. Interested? if so, ill finish it.

why? what improvements could I make on the idea? Also, ya I know when you click on the question more then once it ads more text, but that wouldnt be the case in the final version.

You would need something done with DHTML... I haven't seen any premade script that will do what you are asking.
