anybody knows them ?

It is www.monstermerchantaccount.com (though they should have also registered the domain with an S for just that reason.

And I have never heard of them.

I contacted them last week.

They where fast and professional. I haven't decided myself about them.

I have a buddy that uses them but actually uses my company to process. He is so-so with them. The shopping cart that they offer - he is not happy with them, but he says it wiill do for now - he says too many limitations.

Sorry this was in response to leroyb. Plus they also wanted to do a 25% reserve for 6 months (he was selling floormachines here) - so there went his profit.

The ones that really cannot get away from a reserve rate are the high risk (adult / gaming) accounts. But each processor / underwriting bank has their own limits. I was able to help him get an account without a reserve.
