2 things need reviewed

1. my new site http://www.pyxishost.com . i need to get reviews on how ugly it is or how nice it is.

2. In a futile attempt to save a few bucks so i can keep my costs low so I don't have to raise my prices, so I can keep my customers happy, I have made my own cpanel tutes. Please leave flames or praise.

the tute looks pretty good, well done. The website is not bad but could deffinetly do with a few changes, the gray on the header doesnt blend in.

I would change the font to something a little nicer, such as tahoma or verdana.

I would blend the gray header with the the picture.

I would remove that "copyright" notice and put your domain on the same bar where the control buttons are located. Just put "Provided by Pyxishost.com"

I would move the bar that contains your support information further to the right.

Agree that the font should be changed to anything other than times new roman.

I think your site is ok but I dont like how you have the content layed out. It looks jumbelled to me.
