Voice for voicemail

I remember someone posted a site a while ago that allowed you to input some text, and a lady's voice would say the text. The quality was pretty good and I am interested in using that site. Can someone please point it out.
Or, does anyone know of any other site or software that does the same with good quality, free or not.

I don't think recording the sound though and using it for commercial purposes is legal though.
