Does anyone host with any companies that provide lease to own options? I figure if we can lease them for a year and pay something like a few hundred at the end then co-locate we may save a bundle.
Who uses lease to own programs and are there any you would recommend?

I talked about this with a provider I still use, http://www.boxnix.com -you'd have to ask if they still do it. Talk to David MacLaren about the options and see if he's offering it.

Webauthorities.com offered this at one time, but I don't see it on their site now. Perhaps Mike could be persuaded. I've also negotiated buy-outs at Ventures Online, but it's not something they're predisposed to doing.
Host 2 Own is pretty well-known in that market: http://www.hosttoown.com/
I don't know how good/bad their service is, but you may want to check them out.
I think Myles from Prioritycolo.com offered this, once upon a time. Maybe you could contact him, and he could possibly fashion an offer together for you?
Hey,
I think any decent or serious host would be interested in a plan like this... they would make an exception.. because, they are gaining one more customer... its a long term contract.. they arnt losing anything really... so I would say just approach them :)

It's a bit expensive but worthwhile.
