Renax Solutions Inc. is working on it's current version of Edge Panel 2.11 but the bigger news is that we are working towards a Edge Panel XL. We have a list of new features that we want to add, but what we want to know.

If you could have any choice in features that are currently part of or not yet part of a help desk what is it that you would want? What are your dreams in a total help desk solution?

A way to log incoming phones calls and the converstions etc?
Tech time tracking?
Windows desktop alerting solution? SMS alerting for wireless etc?
Ability to dig deeper into a dedicated server via SNMP info such as temp, hd size etc?
Central file storage and download for your clients, such as critical files etc?
Customizeable email templates?
Ability to add custom fields to anywhere a form is located, for clients and techs?
Multiple staff selction, staff security etc.

We want to know what it is that you, as the shared, dedicated server, overall hosting community is not only looking for but want in a total help desk solution.

BTW, FREE isnt one of the options. :)
