There are several out there, I found some of them by doing a google. Sorry, couldnt be of more help.

One thing you might want to remember is that people that will try and commit fraud love scripts like that, if its for shared hosting. your best bet would be to moderate the signups as much as possible, once again if its for shared or even dedicated server hosting.

There is modernbill, whmautopilot, phpcoin, lpanel (i think that is a automated script) and a few others. Also as tranz said once you get 'flagged' by fraudsters as having automatic setup you will get hit really hard so typically automated meaning you view the account credentials then activate it by clicking a link is generally ok but just setting up an account right away after payment is made is generally a bad idea.
