ip bandwidth manager

Ok i need something hardware or software that lets me monitor each ip and how much bandwidth they are using. Also be able to set them a certain amount..So on...I was looking that the watchguard firebox but i dont think it does it..Anyone kno fo anything?

The data sheets of the ZyWall 35 and ZyWall 70 Firewall appliances from Zyxel say that these can do bandwidth management things, to some point. Don't ask me details, I've never seen such a thing in real...
