I would just like to give my testimonial / review on TheNYNOC.com, and would like to tell you where I am coming from. I was with Sago for some time, and at first, they provided exceptional services! Then after the first couple weeks I noticed the company doesn't have much developed organization over there operations, however they made up for it, and I guess they have restored this problem now. Then the network kept flashing on and off, on and off. Since I have been with The NY NOC, I have received 100% Network Uptime, as they promised, and exceptional support via phone and e-mail. More importantly, the speed of the network. They use Peer 1, which is AWESOME bandwidth with connections to other great networks for full redundancy and all those goodies. I'd recommend them, if you ever need a server.
