And also if not, how much would it be monthly, and can the harddrive be upgraded?

The control panel included is Webmin.

We do offer DSM and Plesk currently.
And are looking to add cPanel, but the etsimated monthly price for cPanel is $40/Month, which will still be below our cost.

DSM pricing is:
Bronze - $19.95/Month
Silver - $39.95/Month
Gold - $69.95/Month
