Usual setup time is usually 36-48 hours. A better time frame can be given towards the time of ordering.

Re Bandwidth: You could use upto 500GB in and upto 500GB out without being charged any extra on the usual servers.. Overage is $1 per GB. E.g. you use 501GB out, 499GB in. You just pay $1 for the amount out.
