Looking for a good reseller plan.

Hey guys and girls,

I have been looking all day for a decent reseller account. I have browsed a few like jodohost, eishost, fluidhosting.. But none of them seem to cater to what I am looking for. I'll list what I need, and if someone could give me a good recommendation, that would be great.

Mandatory:
1. Dedicated / VPS / Shared with SSH (Need to manipulate SiteStudio Files) - only need on linux accounts
2. HSphere Control Panel w/ SiteStudio
3. Linux & Windows Hosting
4. One time payment for HSphere licenses as opposed to monthly fees.
5. Fluent English support

Preferred:
1. Price in the $100 / month range
2. Easily upgrade / downgrade plans as necessary
3. Decent prices for overages on bandwidth and storage

If the hosting company is going to help me migrate the SiteStudio accounts (about 100 of them), I wouldn't need access to the shell at all.

Any quotes / features / why should I pick you statements would be great!

Our primary server is hosted at RackSpace, but I don't expect that kind of tech support for this one. I simply hope to get what I pay for.

what sort of disk and bandwdith are you looking for?

Depends on the price. The plans I've seen out there generally offer 9Gb+ disk space, so around there would be acceptable. The option to upgrade that is also a plus. 50-100Gb should be enough for now for bandwidth, but again, the option to upgrade is an advantage.
