Level 3 Communications has ones all over the world, try there.

You should try PriorityColo. I used to be good friends with them (we both got too busy to sit around and chit-chat eventually) and Vito buys from them as well.

We are colocated in netnation.com datacenter in Vancouver. They seem to be good so far.
