I had a pretty nasty problem with my server a few days back. It was somthing that caused it to die every couple hours. After racking my brain, I conceded to let someone else check it out. Being on vaction, I really didn't have the time or interest in sitting on a Laptop.

I checked a couple recomendations on the RackShack forum, then decided I'd give RackAid a shot. I sent a request for support and in it, requested that they call me on my phone as I was likely to be off the computer. He did not call me back, but did reply by email within 15 minutes. I called back, explained the situation, and he took it from there. Within a few hours, he had the somewhat obscure problem diagnosed and remedied.

Overall, I would rate it a 4 out 5. Resolve and response time was excellent. He/they doesn't tend to throughly read the emails (or chooses to ignore stuff). There were some secondary things I wanted to be taken care of (and would pay for) while he was in there. He didn't seem to take care of them, or acknowledge my queries in follow-up emails. I haven't yet been invoiced either, so I'll mention it again then.
