Currently I have dedicated servers at olm.net and they do a very good job of handling my needs for those servers. They handle upgrades, patches & troubleshooting for me.

I also have a dedicated ensim server with ev1servers.net but they do not handle upgrades or troubleshooting. They basically only deal with hardware issues.

I am in need of an expert system administrator. Someone who I can turn to when I can't figure out a problem or need upgrades. I am fairly proficient in Linux but need someone I can turn to for Ensim, Squirrelmail, MySQL, PHP & Kernel upgrades.

I am NOT looking for support for my customers. I basically need a knowledgeable professional in the field who I can turn to for help 24/7. I looked at the outsourced support threads posted on this forum, but most of them pertain to support for my end-users, which I already provide. I basically need support for when I have no one else to turn to.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Since your box is at ev1servers.net, I would recommend one of he many fine tech who post in the forums area there. I think that that would be your best bet. They're already there, threy kno the network, and know what procedures to follow if something goes wrong with the box.
