View Full Version : Ensim pro?
I am looking at moving my servers to superbservers.net network to take advantage of their great offerings, however my main concern would be moving from cpanel6 to ensim pro. Im aware its apparently not an easy transition technicly but thats the least of my worrys, how do you think the cp of ensim pro performs compared to cpanel6? from a customers point of view what would be your thoughts on the transition? negative or positive?

First, if you do move them, no matter what, tell them that one of the benefits will be an improved 'user-interface' -which might take a bit to get used to. At least give them reason for hope! :D
Second, before I moved some people from Plesk to cPanel, I moved a few people that I knew would be OK and mellow about it. I walked them through some basic things, let them play, and asked which they liked better, etc.
I've never used Ensim, Ensim Pro personally, so I'm not sure what either is like, but if that's what you're going to do, make it sound like an upgrade :D

Hello,
I would say get another server because Ensim Pro has all of these so called bells and whistles but simply lacks features.
We run cpanel servers, win2k servers with hosting accelerator and were looking to add another reliable Linux control panel but simply disliked many of them. Ensim pro was tested on both linux and win2k and I don't think it's worth the money in my opinion.
Cpanel Clients also are not going to like that fact that they loose 50% of thier current features. However, We are now running a server with dedicated server manager from zervex.com and we gave some free test accounts to cpanel users and they like the simplicity along with the 20+ free cgi/php scripts in the software manager.
We do best though with Cpanel and HostingAccelerator for Win2K. These are our views are the 2 most feature full control panels. They may not have built in billing but I'd rather be signing up clients daily and billing them by hand then offer automated billing that is confusing and is built into a non popular control panel.
Cpanel is the most popular. I can tell you that much for sure.
