cPanel and Email Passwords

I'm looking for a way to have the passwords on POP accounts changed without the user having access to cPanel. I did a little searching around and the best thing I could figure it to strip the code from cPanel but I can't even seem to get that to work properly.

Does anyone have any ideas? :)

If you looked carefully, the answer is there.

But what the heck,

just get your users to login to the webmail system and they can change their passwords there without touching cpanel. :)
