We will handle all hardware problems, software issues, etc. We will assist with the installation of scripts, etc. We hold your hands all the way. ;)
All Servers include the following services:
Reboots by support personnel.
Remote reboots by support personnel.
Remote reboots by client via IP address.
Network Monitoring with messages to the email address of your choice.
Network Monitoring by support personnel (We will reboot or restart service if they are down).
Software Installation Services.
MRTG stats for all servers.
24 x 7 Emergency support via email to pager or digital phone.
