hit and run sign ups

well yesterday i find out my provider had to suspend a client of mine for spaming. and i agreed with his actions. (as it is in both mine and his TOS)

has any one else got hit and run sign ups at all
IE they sign up set up the dns and site info and spam like mad befor the get booted?

I am surprised -- most "hit and run signups" don't even wait for the DNS propagation to finish :D.

im just glad im friends with my provider other wise i would be SOL:)
im going to have to implament some new things to block that out as well.
why do i fell a new headake comeing on?:(
