Alright, here is my issue that I need to address and hopefully get some help with this at the same time.

I am trying to install a 30 day trial SSL Certificate from InstantSSL, the sorry part comes in, but when I try to generate a key (CSR), the damn things states this:

Sorry Warning is not one of the domains on your account!

It also stated that SSL is not enabled on my server. How would I enable it (through CPanel OR WHM)?

Does anybody know at all?

Dustin,

Did you check their cPanel tutorial (http://instantssl.com/ssl-certificate-support/cert_installation/ssl-certificate-cpanel.html?currency=USD&region=North%20America&country=US)? It is pretty thorough.

Alright Alex, how would I generate a CSR then for the SSL Certificate, and what about a KEY?

You generate a CSR, and automatically a KEY is generated with it.

When you get your CRT, you click on Install SSL link in WHM.

Type in the domain that the CSR was created under, and everything will fetch, and then copy and paste your CRT in the top box.

Remember the domain that you want SSL on, you need to have a dedicated IP address associated with the domain, for everything to work the way it should.

If you need more help, just ask.

Damn, that's why, I knew I was forgetting something. Gotta get a Dedicated IP first, blah. Okay, thanks again.

I believe you could just install it on your main shared ip and share the cert with your customers also. It seems like that's how I had mine configured when I had a shared cert setup.

Yes, the SSL cert can be on a shared IP also. The certificate is associated with the domain, not the IP.

I'll just wait to get a dedicated ip thanks.
