Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone's using StarDevelop's Live Help messenger?

I'm seriously considering buying it, but I'm unsure as to whether the price includes the Windows app for free, or if that's purchased seperately.

Also, if anyone has any thoughts on the product, then please let me know.

Yuppers, includes the windows app for free. Its a nice product, nice looking. Not super-activley developed but their sales and support is extremely responsive and I always get an answer to an email within 24 hours, always.

Thats kind of funny... I found the program to be very good as well and placed an order for it, however there paypal payment processing didn't send me anywhere. I'm still waiting for an email from them. but then again, this is a holiday weekend.

Do you guys have a site up I could see it at? I wanted to just demo some features of it to see how fast it is in responce time etc.

www.vorx.net is my site, and you can try out Live Help there.

I suggest you use their credit/debit card form instead, as it's faster and they charge extra for PayPal payments.

Yeah, I bought Live Help last week I think. I love it! Comes with nice features. They need to improve the "Preview" version though. But I like it overall.

overall i was very impressed with the system,

the design is attractive, and has a large amount of features that cant be found on the free systems, however when comparing it to systems such as click chat sold it is slightly sluggish in chats

We have been using this Live Chat Messenger for quite awhile, We have been really impressed by this Software, Also our customers seem to be enjoying have Live Chat Support aswell.
