I am looking for a low end dedicated server or vps. When I mention low end, I am referring to low specs and not a machine that will turn up unreliable.

Price Range: Open to all (Lower the better)
Processor: Pent. 3 @ 800mhz +
RAM: 256MB +
HDD: 30-40gb
Bandwidth: 300gb +
OS: Linux RH9, Fedora or FreeBSD 5.2
Control Panel: N/A (Either: cPanel/WHM or DirectAdmin)
IPs: 3
UpLink: 10mbps
Uptime: 97%+
Access: Root
Agreement: TOS/SLA (Please list yours)
Additional: Would be better if it was managed but, not demanded
MUST: Be able to upgrade later in the future
DataCenter: Open to all

Payments must be feasible via PayPal or StormPay.
Looking to base this onto a month to month contract.

Is it the range of your specs or the cost? What do you really want to be spending for the solution monthly?

This will allow those of us that wish to post an offer based on price rather then specs or both.

I have just come up with a pricing solution that may suit you a little better..

If you can pay for 4 months up front then I can do the server @ $95 a month, saving you $60 over the period of time. (This applies to the server in The Planet datacentre)

tranz, it's the range of the specs generally speaking. I am talking with associates, the pricing isn't much of a factor. I look at it as why spend so much on stuff you're not going to use for awhile, especially as a startup type of deal.
