BrightStor Backup Error

My backup job is failing and this is what appears in the log. I'm kind of new to Brightstor, so bear with me. The error message doesn't really offer any more specifics so that I can track this down. Any ideas?


3073 Unable to logon as user. (USER=user, EC=ms_error_code)

3702 Unable to connect to group. (GROUP=group, EC=media_error_code)

Looks like the first error has something to do with the admin password changing since the install. If you have the service account password (or admin password depending on how it was setup initially) hardcoded into brightstor and you or someone else changed the password for that user on the domain, you will also have to change the password in the application.
