800+ web sites could get 0 unique visitors or they could get millions of unique visitors.

Can't really say how much I would spend on a banner without some stats.

I can't say for sure until I've been running it for a few months (only just started) I'm just thinking ahead at the moment.

Let's say they produced a figure of 100 unique visitors per month, each. that's 80,000 unique visitors total per month.

In that scenario the advertising could potentially be over $25/month.

If the websites were all of a similar nature and you could provide targeted advertising it could easily be worth $8-$20 CPM.

It depends on the type of site, if the site has nothing to do with the web hosting industry then you probably will get very little clicks. If it were then I would probably pay over $25 to advertise on it.
