Hi everyone!
I'm asking for your help. I need an ordering script to order graphics for Solution Designs. I was going to use phpCOIN but it wouldn't install. The path is wrong even though I uploaded the fix file and changed the path in paths.php >.< it doesn't like me...
If anyone can find or knows of a script like phpCOIN and it's free, it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
why don't you try one of the following:
www.modernbill.com
www.clientexec.com
Free? I don't know of anything that is free. In my opinion, I would spend money for a good script or ordering system. You want to make sure you get it right, and that it is secure. Free scripts often are not the way to go for serious ventures.

I agree totally about not having a free ording script. There is no current free script which has the security to ensure that the data input is secure.
In addition, it does not have the ease of integration of domain registration and etc.
The linkage to your payment processor will also be lacking or not very compatible.
If you are a programmer, go for custom script which you have the comfort of what you want.
or else, go for some cheap script which you can find tons in hotscripts.com or in this forum

You shouldnt really be starting a company with no money.
Hosting can be quite expensive to get into prpoerly, or very cheap if you go with the scripts like phpcoin and cheap resellers.
The trouble is if you go the cheap route you are going to find it very difficult to convince customers that your company is the best out of the competition and never going to make money anyway.
I think my point is that to be successful longterm in the hosting business you have to be prepared to invest a little money into it (£500 - £1000) initially before you start to see any return.
Have you really given this any thought? Or do you just see hosting as an easy way to make a quick buck? I am not judging you, just asking :)

I'm not doing hosting. I am the head designer of a hosting company. I am in full responsibility of the site but I get paid for what I sell. No offense or anything, but did you read the first post properly?

I read the first post, and also read where you say that you are starting a company with no money.
Regardless of whether its hosting or not the same priciples apply and I think you will find that you will need money to make money...

I am not paying for anything, but I do understand what you're saying. Anyway, it isn't my company, I merely work for it. I didn't start it.
I'd also reccomend clientexec and $99 is something anyone should be able to afford.

Thanks for all your help, but I don't need one right now. The company is down.
