Spy/Ad-Ware Problem

One of my client/friend's computers has been infected by Access Plugin, IEMonit, Whazit/RNd and GoHip. Is anyone here familiar with these creatures? Thanks.

I am not familiar with those specific ones, but I run Ad-Aware and SpyBot Search & Destroy and my system and I never seem to have a problem with spyware.
