After a long while I'm here again. I injured my hand and it was plastered (I hope I'm using the correct word)
Let's get back to work.

I own a network of sites and I'm on a reseller account (See the sites at www.desro.net - Admin don't think this I'm spamming I just want experts to see that sites are not using too much resources.) A while ago , as I'm on a reseller account , I had one of my accounts suspended and in the future my host might cancel my account so that I'm afraid .

Here are some details :
I don't think I need a Powerful server.
I have 24 sites , most of them are pure html and receiving about 20-60 uniques a day. Sites have been using 8.5 GB BW and they are on Cpanel-WHM. (Sorry I'm not into servers that much and would like to get some advice :bs: )

As I'm planning to launch anbout 5 more sites within a month or so family will get bigger.

Would these be enough for the sites or what information should I provide ?
Intel Celeron 2.4GHz
512MB DDRAM Memory
80GB EIDE Hard Drive
1,000GB Data Transfer

or

Server: Super Celeron 1.7 GHz
Primary HDD: 80GB Hard Drive
Secondary HDD: None
RAM: 512 MB RAM
Number of ips: 5 IP Addresses
Bandwidth: 1200 GB Bandwidth
Uplink Port Speed: 10 Mbps Uplink
Web Analytics: Urchin 100 profiles

which one would be ok or should I prefer a pentium server ?

Why I chose celeron is that I'm not willing to spend more than $90 at the moment.

Please advice.

Best Regards,
Umut

Celeron is enought for what you need.

I think even a VPS would be enought, and more like what you want

I palced an order from vpscolo . I made a reasearch and as I'll be using cpanel and am in need of ips I decided to sign up with vpscolo.
When do you think they'll activate my account and send my payment url ?

Well I just made the big "jump" from VPS to dedicated (fully managed and I mean fully managed).
Even with "fully managed" and lots of "migration" help I am SO glad I "paid my dues" on a VPS. There are enough differences in VPS and dedicated to have me staring at this screen about 12-14 hours a day the first few days. I can't imagine going straight from shared to dedicated (or with just basic support).
(Kind-of, if you had the ability to admin a dedicated you probably would have not been on shared in the first place when you can get dedicateds so cheap)
I pay a bit more for the management & security of having them standing by 24/7/365 for things I can't handle. By the time I outgrow this box I'll probably be ready to take on a higher spec box with less management for the price difference...now all I need is a couple of hundred clients (or a handful of big ones) :D

I purchased a VPS from vpscolo.com and their support is great.
At the beginning I had some problems setting up nameservers my own and some other problems with server setup but the support helped me out by spending about an hour or so.

Their support is great and friendly . It hasn't been a long time however since I ordered everything seems to be great :D

I'm so happy having my VPS .

Thank you those who told me to get a VPS.

Umut :)
