So many errors on the site (the "Designed By" Link isn't completed.. ie. missing extension). Their ordering page isn't secure, although it says it is and others!

I hate being spammed!

Uhh..what's the point of spreading the spam?

I mean we all receive spam from hosts or whatnot every other day...it's nothing new or bizzare...

I think people always find it particularly irritating when they get spam which is pushing the same service that they offer. Silly really, when you think about it, which the spammer doesn't obviously. I admit to wanting to write back to those emails saying something like, "Listen dumbass, I provide hosting and domain registration services, at a lower cost than you're 'offering' to boot! Would you like to buy a domain from meeeee???" :D

Just report them, rather than publicising their URL any more.

Making the link clickable adds to their standing in some search engines. Makes it looks like they are being promoted on another site.

We get spam from hosts all the time... the most annoying part - they usually send it to our support email address.

Yeah, I'm sure we all feel the same way. But really there's no point in pasting the whole copy of the email here, it's not like winning the lottery.

It's just like WHT, a number of people reports the spam they get. What is the point there?

To show the world those spammers love you? That you can use email?

IMHO, they are just a waste of forum space and DO NOTHING for anyone else except spread the spam.

If one receives spam and wants to do something about it, report it to worsthosts.com.

I will stop :soapbox: now...:D

BTW, how about a new rule stating that we can't post spam mails that we receive on the msg board?

I've killed that Debbie. Good suggestion (but see below)

Robert, as much as I appreciate you starting this discussion (in other words, don't take this the wrong way), I agree with net-trend and that entire SPAM emails will not be permitted to be posted in the future, and URLs (and possibly email address) must be edited out. This will be added to the guidelines in the near future.
