to transfer .family .club and .shop domains to another registrar?
I found no registrar that could do that so far

"Transfers" (if we can actually call them transfers) of new.net gimmicks (i.e. .shop, .club, etc.) are in essence different from those of genuine domains. Registrars which sell them are indeed resellers. I'm not 100$ sure but I don't think new.net has implemented such sophisticated framework, as there probably is not yet such a substantial market up till now.
