I am in the market looking at dedicated servers. Here's what I need:

80 GB available disk space in a RAID 1 or RAID 5 setup
1 GB RAM
1,000 GB Bandwidth allowance
CPANEL w. Fantastico (on RedHat)
5 IP Addresses
2.4 GHZ CPU or better (Celeron or P4 as an example)
High quality Data Center, Uplinks and Support
