I got an e-mail from the wonderful people at Domain Registry of America today... turns out one of my clients got suckered in by their postal mail spam.
Here's my question... the client has their primary domain registered with us and I have the Registry Lock turned on, so DROA can't get their hands on it. Unfortunately, they've paid $165 in total (and DROA has now registered the .net and .org versions of their domain name). I imagine that there's no recourse on the .net and .org registrations... but does my client have any chance of getting their money back from these jerks for at least the .com transfer?
