Thought I'd show of my new project to you guys and ask for some input:
Basicly what I'm trying to do is put a decent system into my truck. I have my lcd picked out (touchscreen lcd kit from earthlcd), and my case (old netvista case). Found a decent motherboard (gigabyte tusi-m). The problem is the case only has a 95 watt power supply, and it's not a p4 powersupply (it is missing the extra wire or whatever). It will power the board, the problem is once I put a cd drive and a laptop hard drive in it I'll have some problems. I have a ton of 1u power supplies (ok around 20-25) but none of them are small enough width wise so I got to find a solution for that, if anyone knows of any small power supplies that are smaller then 8x3x2 let me know please.
Here's some pictures of the case:

Power Supply/Cd Tray (http://www.racksol.com/projects/project_3.jpg)
Top tray (http://www.racksol.com/projects/project_4.jpg)
Now on the top tray I'm going to build a new cover (out of sheetmetal) to replace the old blue one thats there (pretty lame plastic and I don't like the IBM emblem). THe last problem I can come up with is power. I have a small UPS (500) that will fit under the seat along with the case fine (it's the same heigth as the case too!). I have a DC to AC power inverter (175 watt). The problem is that the power inverter doesn't produce a true sign wave (anyone familair with electronics would not what I'm talking about), andso the UPS won't work with it. They do make inverters that produce true sign waves but they are huge and cost quiet a large amount.
So like I said any suggestions, input or the likes would be awesome.
