HI.

I am looking for a basic recurring billing solution to be run either on Windows Server using Access database, or offline on WinXP.

I dont need credit card processing.

All I need is to enter my customer details, the products they will be billed monthly for. The system should be able to automatically re-invoice my client every month on a given date.

Would be nice if I could add once off charges during the month which will be added to the monthly bill.

I would also like to be able to record payments and get a print out of the debit orders I need to process.

My clients either pay by bank transfer or debit order.

Is there anything out there that anyone is using (prefrably under $100) which does this?

I'd get a real account program such as QuickBooks. You'll eventually grow into it and it should support your business well. It's more than $100 bucks but you may be able to find a good bargain on E-Bay.

Have you tried looking at Modernbill, seems you just need something to keep track of everything that you are billing and to send out your invoices, this would work well, not sure if its compatible with windows though.
