Dual Xeons?

Does anyone use a dual xeon as anything other than a server? ie for high usage pc's or graphic design? I hear its good for photoshop and that it can use both processors?

This is true, but most Xeons are used in situations that need the horsepower. Computer simulations, chemistry ect.

Most 3D rendering farms will use standard P4's now as they are cheap and they can always cluster them and get better performance.
