Setting up DNS for multi control panel?

What would be the best way to setup nameservers for a multiple control panel setup? Such as having nameservers setup for cpanel as well as h-sphere under the same primary domain. I would assume these should be seperated? Maybe setup ns1 and ns2 for cpanel and ns3 and ns4 for h-sphere? Could they both run off of the same ns1 and ns2? Any recommendations?

That should be doable using scripting hooks for each of the control panels. I don't know if HSphere and CPanel support the necessary hooks, though.
