Collocation/Webhosting Jacksonville

Is anyone providing webhosting and/or collocation services out of Jacksonville, Florida? I'm looking for companies with facilities not services provided by out of area facilities.

Peak 10 (http://www.peak-10.com) has a facility in Jax, with local staffing. It's where we have our cage.

Is Peak-10 in a Telco hotel or are they somewhere by themselves?

They've built out an existing property. If you're familiar with the area, they're over toward the Baymeadows/Deerwood area, off Belfort Rd./Butler Blvd. in the Liberty Properties complex, south of St. Luke's. The NOC proper probably has about 9K SF, with offices along the perimeter. I believe they're in negotiations with GE Capital next door for expansion, as the place is filling up rather nicely.

Amybe they could expand by 110,000 sf?

I'm sure they could, but one of the things I like about them is their willingness to steadily grow rather than to jump with both feet into something that wouldn't have a positive ROI for quite some time.
