Not sure what Stars is/are -- KSAS are a required part of the gub'ment job application process, its like writing 6 or 7 long essays about yourself :).

i hate forms like that. i had to do the same thing back when i applied to work for gchq. those were some crazy one liner questions you then had to write essays about.
