I'm guessing (as many members do), this ad was posted in various forums, first to buy, first to get it. I don't see a problem with that, and it is especially nice to update the thread so that people don't get all excited that it is still available. I will update the thread title.

i made 3 threads on three different forums in order to sell this template.
and once its sold in any of the forums..i post in all the threads saying thats its no longer for sale.
just to prevent anyone to come asking to buy a sold template.
