I am seriously considering a job offer which would require me to divest myself of any other business affiliations. I have several websites that I run part-time that I am looking to sell. I am selling these way below their worth, because if I take the job, I want to make sure they have been sold, so I don't have to lie :).
1. The first is a domain registration site, DomainVan (www.domainvan.com). The sale includes the following:
- The domain name as well as a couple of other domain related domains.
- A 6.95 enom account one step from an ETP (the ETP is Chris Marks, who is really great).
- Approximately 25 customers and 52 domains.
-$81.90 in the enom account (as of this writing).
-The DRAMS Script
-An exclusive DRAMS Template
-If I can transfer them a 2Checkout account and GEO Trust SSL Certificate.
Asking price $1000
2. ExpiredNIC (www.expirednic.com) is the second site, it is a site that mails expired dmoz and yahoo domains to subscribers. Currently there are about 15 customers paying $10 a month (a couple of additional customers have a years subscription -- but I am not counting them).
-The site is a very heavily modified version of the yamoz script -- it has been been switched around to rely heavily on MySQL and uses much less bandwidth than the old yamoz script.
-It currently runs on a VDS at Vilitas, and there is another month of hosting left on that account ($49 a month).
-The members area also has many additional scripts that are not available as part of the traditional yamoz script.
Asking price $900
3. The third site is in the process of being built. It is called DefaceAlert (www.defacealert.com) and it is a site built to monitor website defacings. The backend is all custom built and uses a unique algorithm to determine if a site has been defaced, or just changed.
This site also includes the design -- done by our friend timechange, but I have not fleshed out the content, that would be left up to the new owner.
Asking price $250
If you have any questions about any of these sites, please let me know and I will be happy to try to answert them for you. Statistics, etc are all available if you are are interested.
I also have banners for DomainVAN and ExpiredNIC if you are interested -- all design by timechange of course :).
Thanks!
