Hotmail Like Script

I was wondering if it was possible to make a interface such as hotmail so that users can create and check their emails hosted on your domain and this should be all automatic like hotmail yahoo etc. Is there script (prefereabally free but i seriously doubt that)? Thankyou for you time.

If you have a webserver with cPanel, Neomail is included.

Do a google search for Horde and Squirelmail as well, they are pretty good systems. The also should come with cpanel.

Yes, I already have those, what i meant was:
People should be register for emails themselves without my intervention.
Something exactly the way hotmail/yahoo work.
