www.edkhosting.com is willing to host websites or online forums for free. The account you will be getting is our starter hosting plan (If you need a higher plan let me know). It will be modified to include 3 sql db's though do to some sites require more then the 1 sql db given. As nothing in this world is free these accounts come with items I require from you.
*These requirements must be met*
1. You must be in the US, or UK.
2. You must show proof that your forum or website is or will be established in a months time and meet requrement #3.
3. In order to keep the free account you must bring in at least 1 clients who sign up for the starter plan or higher by the end of your first month or the account is taken away or switched to a pay account. You must keep bringing in 1 sign up a month till you reach 5 sign ups. As long as there are a total of 5 people still hosting with me the 1 sign up per a month does not need to be met. (If multiple signups occur in that month next month will be free as well depending on number of signups and what plan they signed up under)
4. Our banner must be listed on the site at the top of the page, where/what size/what pages can be worked out later. (What size and where you put them is to your benefit in getting people to sign up)
5. Read my TOS and AUP because you are still bound by them, i.e. no warez, no irc, no porn in general (tasteful pics aer alright), no child porn.
*Things to remember*
As your site grows so will the size of your account. But ratio of signups and plan size will still be a factor. If you do decide to host with us there is a spot on our order form for a referrer. All you must do is have them put your web address down. We also reserve the right to turn away from any sites or forums which we feel will not bring in any clients through advertising.
A little about us. We have been open since the beginning of the year and have grown in the number of clients and would like to take on more. Since our opening we have only had 6 support tickets. As you can tell by the amount of support tickets we run a tight ship. In my honesty here I hope you will consider hosting your site or forum with us.
