Good Day,
We are currently looking for 3 people to fulfill 2 positions open within our company xAviaHosting (www.xaviahosting.com).
1) Sales Representative
+ We are looking for 1 person to handle our sales/marketing. This person will earn 20% commission on the first “term” of the service he/she sells to a customer (meaning if a person pays monthly, you will earn 20% of the first month/if the person pays yearly, you will earn 20% of the first year). Employee will have the option in the future (a time of our choosing) to upgrade to a monthly payment in addition to commissions. Employee must use our name, and email address for business purposes.
+ Employee must have experience in sales/marketing.
+ Employee must be able to use/learn to use the features required of him/her in WHM AutoPilot (www.whmautopilot.com).
+ Employee must know the web hosting business well.
+ Employee must be friendly, and cooperative with customers.
+ Employee must be available 9AM- 3PM Eastern Time. He/She will work on our forums, sales tickets, live support system, and perhaps some AIM/MSN level 1 sales questions.
2) Support Personnel
+ We are looking for a 2 people to handle support tickets, and fixing minor server issues, should a ticket indicate a service is not working. The earning price is $.50 per ticket. If a service goes down and a ticket comes in asking for fixing, that is part of the $.50 per ticket. You will have the opportunity in the future (a time of our choosing) to upgrade to being paid monthly in addition to price per ticket. You will also receive a free hosting account with us. Employee must use our name, and email address for business purposes.
+ Employee must have CPanel/WHM + RedHat 7.3 Experience
+ Employee must be friendly, and cooperative with customers.
+ Employee must understand the hosting business well.
+ Employee must be available throughout these hours: 1) Midnight – 7 AM Eastern 2) 7 AM Eastern – 3 PM Eastern.
+ Employee must be able to offer response times below 45 minutes, and resolutions within a reputable amount of time.
+ Employee will work through our support system, forums, & live support.

Note: This is a remote job, you will not be working from an office, rather from wherever you have a computer.
Note: Price per ticket is slightly negotiable. Commission amount is not.
