Hey not trying to bash you. But like found this on your site:
Our biggest client so far is WebHostingTalk.com. We troubleshoot and maintain their vBulletin installation and PHP/MySQL needs. We got involved with them, although they have their own support staff, because of a very serious database related issue which would have seriously compromised this community if we had not solved it. 4 staff at absolute night time hours worked hard on the issue thus repairing some minor issues in the process and also enhancing security.
Couple of things.
1 Shouldn't you ask WHT if you could place that? and
2 You're biggest client is WHT how big is your client base?!

1. We have "asked"
2. Quite a few hosting businesses who naturally wish to remain unnamed so it is not revealed that we handle their support
Robert really let's you manage WHT's database even though you used to bash RackShack at every opportunity? Something changed between you two?

Last time I checked he still does. But getting the thread back on topic, not a bad deal.

Well business is strange sometimes, heh. Well first of all it is/was Patrick who decided that and not Robert.
Patrick Smith (Chief Tech @ RS) is a friend of mine since some years now. He is a great guy and I am glad I know him. Robert is a great guy btw too. Both of them respect my right to an opinion, even if it opposes them. They are still 2 of the greatest people I got to know thrugh the net and I was glad to help him/them out when WHT had that DB problem and I am standing by for them ever since.
